1. 서비스 개요
핑닥은 인공지능 기반의 암호화폐 분석 및 거래 시그널 서비스를 제공합니다. 사용자는 별도의 회원가입 없이 앱의 모든 기능(푸시 알림 포함)을 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 사용자 정보 및 기기 식별
회원가입 없이도 앱이 제공하는 모든 기능은 이용 가능하며, 푸시 알림 수신은 기기 식별자(UUID 등) 기반으로 처리됩니다.
사용자의 개인정보는 수집하지 않으며, 단말기 정보는 기능 제공을 위한 최소한의 범위에서 활용됩니다.
3. 서비스 이용 조건
본 서비스는 투자 권유 또는 재정적 조언이 아니며, 정보는 참고용으로만 제공됩니다.
제공되는 시그널과 데이터는 회사의 자체 알고리즘에 의해 생성되며, 투자 수익을 보장하지 않습니다.
사용자는 자신의 판단과 책임 하에 암호화폐 거래를 수행해야 하며, 회사는 그로 인한 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 지적 재산권
서비스 내의 모든 콘텐츠(데이터, 분석 결과, 알고리즘, 디자인 등)는 회사의 지적 재산입니다.
무단 복제, 공유, 전송, 판매, 역분석 등의 행위는 금지됩니다.
5. 금지 행위
다음 행위는 금지되며, 적발 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다:

앱 데이터를 무단으로 외부에 배포하거나 상업적으로 이용

6. 서비스 변경 및 중단
회사는 다음과 같은 사유로 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 사전 통지 없이 변경 또는 중단할 수 있습니다:

7. 면책 조항
회사는 서비스의 정확성, 신뢰성, 실시간성 등을 보장하지 않습니다.

1. Overview of the Service
Pingdaq is an AI-based cryptocurrency signal and market analysis application. All features, including push notifications, are available without account registration.
2. Device Identification & User Data
Users can access and use the full range of app features without creating an account.
Push notifications are delivered based on device identifiers (such as UUIDs) and do not require login or user registration.
The Service does not collect personal information. Minimal technical data may be used solely for feature functionality and performance.
3. Use of the Service

Market signals and data are generated by the Company’s proprietary AI algorithms and do not guarantee profits or returns.
